The hotel's decoration is absolutely delightful. The traditional Santorini style with its white-washed walls and blue accents gave the whole place a lovely and calming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even with the steps that are so characteristic of Santorini. The hotel's accessibility was well thought out, allowing me to move around comfortably during my stay.
More assistance from the staff for senior guests would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views over the caldera and beautiful sunset views. It was also conveniently located near several nice restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was small but clean, and fresh towels were provided daily.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired and was not up to a 4-star standard. The staff, though mostly polite, sometimes gave off the impression that they were doing guests a favor with their requests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel on a beautiful island. Located in a stunning setting, this place offers breathtaking views of the island. The staff here are incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay special. They arranged everything from airport transfers to giving me great recommendations for local dining options. The room was impeccable and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the private jacuzzi where I could relax and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. This hotel offers a level of luxury and service that is unmatched.
It was truly a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Room was clean and well-equipped. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was great with lots of fun things to do around. We liked the restaurant and the food was really tasty.
The room was much too small and cramped for two people. The bathroom was tiny and the water was not always hot.

The location was amazing. The view was amazing and it the best part of the hotel.
I thought our room and even the pool facilities could be renovated and improved. Very outdated decor. Also, we found the restaurant a little overpriced for the quality of "gourmet" cuisine. We left feeling that we had gone elsewhere although the staff at the restaurant were good. The reception staff gave us 3 different times for seeing the donkeys go up and down the trail beside the hotel...all were wrong and we didn't get to see them. We were also told we would make it to the hotel in time for the sunset....however the bus that they had arranged to pick us up in was late and made multiple stops. We missed the sunset after being told we would not miss it and not to worry. Had we known, we would have taken a taxi as it was our only night to see a sunset in Oia.

We stayed in a hotel that had an amazing location, close to shops and restaurants, and offered breathtaking views of the Caldera. Our room was spacious and included a large balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The hotel staff was welcoming and polite. The restaurant had an incredible view and we enjoyed a delicious meal. the hotel was great and we had an unforgettable experience.
The hotel breakfast was not up to our expectations. We felt that the quality of food and beverage options were of a lower standard compared to the rest of our stay.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were allocated a suite with two balconies and the upper one was just perfect for our photo taking of the sunset at Santorini.
The toilet of the suite was a bit small, and we didn't like the color tone. But, the toilet was clean after all.

I recently stayed at a small, boutique property with a rustic luxury feel. Fanari Villas offers personal attention in a non-pretentious setting. The location of the property was fantastic, tucked away from the tourist crowds, and provided a perfect view of the famous sunset right from my patio. The cave-type rooms were cozy and beautifully furnished, and I especially loved the Junior Suite patio with great exposure to the cooling breeze. The staff at Fanari Villas was amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. They arranged a transfer to my next hotel and offered fantastic recommendations for dinner places and quiet streets in the area.
No issues. 👍️
